I think this article overlaps nicely with the Gokhale Method. Esther teaches that by moving while maintaining good posture is the way to build muscle strength and avoid injury and promote healing. The Ubong have those great glutes from walking and moving, not from going to the gym and lifting weights. When they have to lift heavy objects, they do so with good posture.
