I posted this before, but it hasn't shown up in the forums. Trying again. :)
I have a pretty serious sway back (lordosis, right?). I am having trouble "feeling out" or "seeing" proper hip position. I am concerned I will overcorrect for anteversion and cause a problem. Which leads me to my questions:
What are the top 3 ways (across the 8 positions) that I can check for proper hip position?
What are the top exercises for teaching my body proper hip positioning? What refinements can I make to really get the most benefit from these?
Thanks a lot! I really look forward to hearing back.
